      Description

I created a collected sale of $300 and paid off several customer TBCs (Split Payments) and then created a credit for the remaining amount. I then refunded two of the customer TBCs.

Results: The TBCs were locked and had the red message that they had been refunded

Then, I reversed the credit and Un-allocated the amounts only for the refunded TBCs

Results: The refunded TBCs now have trash cans indicating they can be deleted

Then I tried to use the remaining balance of the reversal to pay another customer, but I'm receiving the error "Unable to apply collected sale"

Next, when I use the collected sale to apply to the customer that it was assigned to - Picadelle Cafe, the credit works

In conclusion, I'm not allowed to pay the remaining balance to another customer TBC, but I can create a credit.
