As a user, I would like Tasks with Auto Complete queries set up to be completed when clicked on.

Dev Note: This is how the current version works. I am not sure yet if this should be done by the panel or done when the page actually loads.
The MMS page also appears to refresh every 20 seconds to see if Any Tasks with completion criteria failed and need to be rolled back or have now completed and should be marked.
- I am not sure exactly how \ why the tbWorkFlowPendingTasks is involved. It appears that we copy a task to this table once it is "Started" and use that data to continue checking it moving forward. I would think we could do that without creating the extra copy of data in the table.
- Uses the "ConfirmComplete" and "AutoRollback" settings.
