Forecast - Update Forecast Import/evaluator to support Net Sales and Gross Actuals

      Description

      -The Quantiphi forecast will be swapped to a Net Sales calculation, vs. the current Gross Actual numbers.
      -Quantiphi will send a Boolean flag on the forecast data itself to indicate to InFORM whether the number they are sending is Net or Gross Actual.
      -The Forecast Evaluator should show a user the appropriate legend based on whether or not the day being viewed is using Gross/Net.
      -On a week when there is both a Net Sales and a Gross Actual forecast (i.e. the transition happened mid-week), the forecast evaluator will clearly differentiate the two by using a different colored line, and both legends should display for each color.
