Finalize Day wtih Impacting Event other than Normal, special event or inclement weather causes Requested Operation Failed when you click Authorize

Steps
1. Navigate to URL
2. Navigate to Store and Date
3. Close all workflow tasks
4. Click on Finalize Day task so Finalize Day opens
5. Select an Impacting Event other than Normal, special event or inclement weather
6. Click Authorize Button

Results: ROF - Cannot insert Value NULL into Column ForecastId table JATesting.Forecasting.MetricDetail

Expected: Finalize Day with no errors when selecting an Impacting event
