As a user I want the Suggested Item checkbox to be the target and not the row so that I don’t inadvertently change an item’s suggestibility.
Note:
- While using the IM page it has been noticed that it is very easy to accidentally click on the Suggested Item cell and change the setting
- CFA have requested that we change the target to be specifically the checkbox, and not the whole cell

- Confirm that the Suggested Item flag changes so that the user must click precisely on the Check box rather than anywhere within the cell
