Item Maintenance - Move Menu Item to a new Menu Group

As a user, I would like the link for Item Maintenance to be added under the menu group (Inv & Order Setup) so that I can easily access the Item Maintenance Page

Notes:

• Within MMS, the IM page is under the Inv & Order Setup menu group, CFA have asked us to do the same within MxC
• Mockup (using fa-list)
• 

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Confirm that MXC Item Maintenance page menu link is moved to a new location and it is visibility and access is driven by:
   • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Administration > Allow Access To Item Maintenance
   • Security Setting: Mobile > Administration - Item Maintenance - Can Access
   • If a restaurant/user combination does not have access to the either the config or the security setting, neither the Menu Group nor the the Menu Item should be displayed
   • Menu Group: fa-list - Inv & Order Setup
   • Menu Item: Item Maintenance
2. Confirm that Item Maintenance is no longer under the Administration menu group
3. Confirm that if any changes are need to support the display of help articles, that they are made:
   • 
4. Confirm that any changes that are need to continue to display the menu item in MMS are made in support of this story
