As a store manager I want to enter a price for each sales item when I create a Sales Item Event so that the total forecast can be impacted
Notes:
- This functionality is required in order to roll up Sales Item forecasts to the day total
- The user should be required to enter a price
- The price can be zero, or greater than zero

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that there is a field in which the user can enter a price
- Confirm that the field is blank when the Sales Item is first added to the Sales Item Event
- Confirm that a price must be entered in order for the Save button to be active
- Confirm that the price entered can only be to two decimal places
- Confirm that the price entered can be greater than zero
- Confirm that the price entered cannot be less than zero
