CFA JAT Server Manager Crash - ProcessDailyStockBalanceByItem Entity Item Validation

This ticket is created to fix the https://jira.hotschedules.com/browse/MXINC-2331 issue. 

According to our investigations, there were some dirty items found in 

tbEntityItemDailyStockBalance and tbEntityItem tables. 

Even though those items did not exist in the tbItem table they existed in those two tables. 

And during ProcessDailyStockBalanceByItem job runs there is a recursive function that gets hit and the job never ends.  That was causing the Server manager to crash. 

Two actions are being taken for to fix this issue: 

1) Removed the dirty items from tbEntityItemDailyStockBalance and tbEntityItem tables. 

2) and placing a check to control if the entity item relationship exists or not. If it does not then throw an exception.
