Story
As a user when I navigate to the count history page, I would like the page to populate will all available histories on page load. This will help me to confirm that I am seeing all the data available to me.
Details
Currently, there are occasions where the count history page loads without all the available counts displayed. The user must flip the date range to access the most recent count histories. All available data should be available to the user when the page initially loads.
