Use Automation framework to call TestRunner stored procedures

To assist the QA efforts for Order Guide testing, I created a series of stored procedures in the Testing schema and made a sql file called TestRunner to stage all the data needed, examine the results of applying the created rules, and clean up all the inserted data when finished. I'd like to leverage the automation testing framework to call these stored procedures.
