CLONE 2020R2.1 - Manage Events - Prevent entry of duplicate events on the same date

      This feature is a result of the Production Defect CFAMX-9661

      After lots of discussion, we settled on:

      • The fix is to prevent the user from selecting a date on which an event with that name, of that type, is already scheduled
      • But if you want to create another event, for that day, of the same type, with a different name, allow it

      With the existing functionality, we tried to be clever and let the user do what they wanted to do, and we handled it.
      However, something got broken, and now we have decided not to be so clever, and simplify things

      The change is, if you select a date, on which this event is already scheduled

      1. We tell you that it's already scheduled
      2. We don't let you proceed
