Employee Setup - New page and Permissions

As an above store user I want to have access to a page that allows me to manage Employee Permissions so that I can give more responsibilities to my employees

Notes

• This story is to add the configuration, permissions and new page
• We have two options, both are leveraged in MxC:
  • Show all employees for the logged in store, in a grid, and allow the user to search like Customer Management
    • 
  • Show a page, and have the option to search for an employee

    • Columns - Home Icon - User Name - First Name - Last Name
    • Single select, click the row, not a checkbox

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new configuration option
   • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Administration > Allow Access To Employee Setup
   • text: Allow Access to the Employee Setup page in MxConnect
   • By default this setting should be Off
2. Confirm that there is a new Security permission
   • Mobile > Utilities - Employee Setup - Can Access
   • By default the security setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
   • There is only one security setting for this page, if the page can be accessed data can be entered/updated
   • When this Security Setting is set to true, Employee will be available in the menu
3. Confirm that when the page is displayed it is under the Utilities Menu Group, which is positioned above Administration
   • 
4. Confirm that the page is available in the Help Articles
5. Confirm that the page is made available in the MMS Menu
