Parishables Support - Update to XSLT

This feature is to update the Location Import to automatically inject a section of xml based on the store existing in an explicit list of stores (120 + stores).

The Location import has been enhanced to support multiple vendors (CFAMX-4466)

CFA do not yet have systems in place that support multiple vendors, however, a need has arisen for us to support multiple vendors, and use the InFORM Order Guide to manage the Vendor Item Assignment. In order to use the InFORM Order Guide for this the vendor must be marked as a National Distributor, the process defined in CFAMX-4466, says that in order to keep that assignment the vendor must be included in the Locations import.

This enhancement is to update the XSLT to inject Parishables as a Vendor for a defined list of stores.

• If the store is in list, then inject Parishables alongside the other vendor in the file
• If the store is NOT in the list, do NOT inject a section for Parishables
