As a support user, I would like access to robust, per-store, logging when a forecast import fails. This will help me to understand when a forecast import fails and why.

The list below is preliminary and should be expanded upon or winnowed based on feedback from the engineering team.
Possible error logging reasons
- No new files available / same filename as processed file / same timestamp as processed file
- Network issues
- Unresponsive server
- Internal InForm errors
- Data mismatches
- Filetype mismsatch
