2020.R3(S5): Forecast Filters no longer toggle

Description: Forecast Filters for Total,Inside Sales and Deferred Orders no longer toggle the forecast graph in Forecasting Sales, Transactions, Sales Items, Forecast Evaluator or Sales Item Evaluator

Steps
1. Navigate to Store/Date
2. Navigate to URL
3. Click on a Forecast Filter

Results: The graph does not update according to the filter that you clicked on
Expected Results: The graph should reflect the toggling of all filters ( below is an example from CFA Staging)
