2020.R3(S5): Assign Vendor Items - ROF when switching from Restaurant to Zone Filter

Description: I'm filtering rules for Syrup, Mango and when I switch from a restaurant to a zone filter, I get an ROF

Steps
1. Navigate to URL
2. enter 'exclude' in the Search box
3. Leave rules filter on Active Rules
4. Search for Restaurant - Colony Square
5. Switch filter to Location - Ad Hoc

Results: ROF: ArgumentNull Value cannot be null. Parmeter name: source
