Extra Items Showing on InFORM Order Guides without Rule Assignments

Extra Items appearing on Order Guides despite deleted OG Admin Rules

There are stores out of the QCD Suffolk Distribution Center (00793 and 01081) that have extra foil bags on their order guide. There are no rules set up for this DC for 106886 or 106883 but they show up on these stores order guides when they should not. The only foil bags on the order guide should be 106887 and 106884.

there is a recently deleted 'Include' rule for QCD-SUF, and the delete didn't take the item off (though it should). CFA went ahead and added an exclude rule for Suffolk and it removed this item. CFA didn't update the other item, 106883 so it could be used for investigation.

We need to understand why deleting the rule didn't discontinue the item.
