MXC Finalize Day WF - message should display that all other tasks have not been completed

Scenario - when the current day and the work flow date are in sync 

And several Work Flow are not complete

And the user clicks the Finalized Day Work Flow option to view the Finalize Day page

When the page is displayed, the message should display that tells the user that the other Work Flow options need to be completed prior to finalizing.

Currently in JAT store 00198:
