CLONE 2020R2 - Forecast Evaluator - Not showing any data when selecting Transactions as the Metric

When viewing the Forecast Evaluator in Staging 2020R2, and changing the Metric Filter from Sales to Transactions, no data is shown, as below:

Transactions:

Production - Same store and date

Reproduction Steps:

1. Login to Staging
2. Store 02693
3. Menu > Forecasting > Forecast Evaluator
4. Change metric, from Sales to Transaction

Expected result: Data is displayed
Actual result: No data is displayed
