2020R2.1 - Create Order - Add Item - Not working - Requested Operation failed

When doing the pre R2 deploy we noticed that the user receives a Requested Operation Failed, we checked in Prod R1, and the issue was there too.

Steps to recreate:

• Create Order
• Click on Add Item
• Search for an item
• Select the item
• Click on Add Item

Expected Result: Item is added to order, and made active in store order guide
Actual Result: The Requested Operation Failed - Item is not added to order, but item is made active in the store order guide

Developer Notes:
This is was fixed in R3 by CFAMX-9907, see that change if a patchback is needed.
