Story
As a user, I would like to be able to sort inventory counts by the last counted date. This will help me to surface items that I have counted recently or items that I have not counted in a while.

"Travel Path" Button Label Update
Please update the label for the button that takes the user to the "Travel Path" configuration page from "Travel Path" to "Edit Travel Path".

- A new "Sort" dropdown is created which includes the options below:
- Sort by Travel Path - This is the default. This option sorts the inventory list by the user-defined travel path.
- Last Count Date Descending - This option sorts the current inventory list by the count date starting with items counted most recently.
- Last Count Date Ascending - This option sorts the current inventory list by the count date starting with the items counted least recently.
- The sort dropdown should be titled with the selected sort option.
- The sort returns to the default state, Sort by Travel Path, when when the user navigates away from or refreshes the page.
- "Travel Path" button label is updated to "Edit Travel Path".
