2020.R3: Workflow - Investigate why PaidIn/Out-CustomerSales Pages Do not prompt for previous finalized day

Description:
On the Customer Sales and Paid/In-Out tasks, I'm not seeing the prompt to edit a Customer Sale that came in after the day was finalized or a Paid In/Out that came in after the day was finalized, if I navigate to today or select a future day through the W/F Date control.

Steps

1. Navigate to Store 02693 George Washington
2. Open the workflow (click icon) and you should be on date March 24th
3. Click on the TBC/Outside Sales Task
4. Click Gear Icon and go to today or use the calendar to go to today
5. Click on TBC Outside Sales Task

Results: You are/were on the TBC page, but there is no warning modal about June 8th needs resolved.

6. Click on another task, like "Change Fund deposited" and then TBC Outside Sales

Results: See the warning about June 8th needs resolved

7. Log out for new steps. Login and go to store 02693 and click on workflow
8. Go to today's date without clicking the TBC task
9. Now click on the TBC task and see the Edit Customer Sales Modal

There is something not consistent about how the warning modal appears.

Expected Results: In the first scenario, where I was going to the page first, I guess I was expecting to see the warning modal like in the second scenario.

Same thing happens with Paid In/Paid Outs.
