As a support user I want to be able to click through the Forecast Import Dashboard to get to the Request AWS Forecast page so that I can try to re-import the failed forecast

- Confirm that the View button on the Forecast Import Dashboard page links to the Request AWS Forecast page
- Confirm that the store and date selected on the Request AWS Forecast page reflect the details of the row selected on the Forecast Import Dashboard page
