As an admin, I would like a link in InFORM that takes me back to my MMS site to that I can continue to access the features that are only available there.

Create a new security permission to enable this link: "MMS Partner Link"
Link Location: Utilities Menu
Additional Notes About the Utilities Menu
Currently, the Utilities menu only contains the "Employee Setup" option. The Utilities menu needs to be available to the user if the have permission to access Employee Setup OR the MMS partner link.

- A link is available to authorized users in the MxC utilities menu that opens the corresponding MMS site in a new browser tab.
- The user is logged into the correct MMS site with their expected credentials.
- The Utilities menu is available when the user has permission to access Employee Setup OR the MMS partner link.
- The Utilities menu is available when the user has permission to access Employee Setup AND the MMS partner link.
- The Utilities menu is not available if the user does not permission to access to Employee Setup or the MMS partner link.
