      Description

      Story

      As a user, I would like to define the "Items not counted for X days" variable. This will allow me to choose a smaller or broader range for this filter.

      The current default for never counted items is to filter them out when the user decided to view items that have not been counted over the past 30 days. This should persist.

      1. A new filter option is provided to the user in the filter dropdown
        1. "Items not counted - Custom Days"
      2. When the user selects this option, they are presented with an option that defines the items not counted days.
      3. Once the user defines this option, items that have been counted within the number of days selected are filtered out and all that remains in the list are items that have not been counted within the user-defined number of days.
