      Description

      Upgrade the entire Mobile Stack to:

      • .NET 4.7.2
      • AutoMapper 9
      • Newtonsoft 12.0.3

      Note: These are the simplest, necessary updates to be able to build a new API Stack in an upgraded environment. We might also want to update NHibernate and replace StructureMap, but those updates are a bit more complicated and more likely to disrupt functionality.
