[Ops Needed] Remove UnUsed Sales Queues

This ticket is originated from the discussion we had with David Boring about around new mobile queue enhancements.

He mentioned that there are some unused sales queues are sitting around which causing the queue process to always check these queues if any messages there or not unnecessarily. that would cause a performance hit overtime.
We shall check all if there are other unused queues and make sure they are removed from code, DB, MSMQ, and topology files.
