Sales Item Event - Create - Changes to support Quantities and Intervals

As a store manager I want to be able to create Sales Item Event within the Manage Event module so that I can configure all events in one place

Notes:

• Sales Item Events will be entered in 3 steps
  1. Select: date, name and type (sales item event)
  2. Select the intervals/time periods
  3. Select the Sales Items and enter the adjustments

• This story is to capture the changes required to the current Create Events page, as used for Sales Item Events

• Mock up of the new first page:

• Changes from old page to new:
  • Event Date - No change in behavior
  • Event Name - No change in behavior
  • Event Type
    • Labels for radio buttons should be clickable, in addition to just the radio button
    • Rename "Create Adjustments Manually - For Specific item(s)" to be "Create Sales Item Event"
  • Day Part(s) section - Remove completely
  • Sales Item(s) section - should not be shown at this point on this page
  • Buttons
    • Back - Takes the user back to the Manage Events calendar, if the page is dirty show the navigating away popup
      • 
    • Actions, replace with Enter Adjustments
      • Enter Adjustments will be disabled until the date, name and event type have been selected
      • Note: Date is pre-seleceted on page load, type defaults to Create Adjustments Manually

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the labels of the Event Type radio buttons can be clicked to make a selection
2. Confirm that "Create Adjustments Manually - For Specific item(s)" is changed to be "Create Sales Item Event"
3. Confirm that the Day Part(s) section is no longer present
4. Confirm that the Sales Item(s) section is not displayed, even after the Event Type of Create Sales Item Event has been selected
5. Confirm that the back button respects the dirty flag
6. Confirm that the Actions button is replaced with Enter Adjustments
7. Confirm that the Enter Adjustments button is disabled until the date, name and event type have been selected
