      Story

      As an engineer, I would like to upgrade the .Net framework to version 4.X.X. This will help me build more scalable APIs.

      Additional Details

      1. Update controller level to .Net 4.X.X
      2. Update code to utilize StructureMaps once .Net is upgraded
      3. Add MiniProfiler NHibernate support
