CLONE 2020R3 - MXC Create Order - Place Action is not displayed for MBM

Scenario - Store 01639 in Testing

                  Open the Create Receive Order page and click +Add Order

                  Select Distributor as MBM and enter Delivery and Cover Until Dates

                  Enter Quantities for several Items and click the Actions button

Defect : Place Order is not displayed in the Action list

Note: While here on the Order Details, Select the first filter and choose Multi Order Items. Click the multi order icon beside the QTY for either biscuit item. Open the Multi order popup and then click Cancel. At this point the Place order Action displays.
