Entity Item set to 1/Active in error

Scenario - Testing Environment

Set the tbVEI Discontinue Date for Entity ID -1041, itemID = 2501 to 90 days in the past (4/10/2020)

Set the in Use flag on the Entity Item = 0

Ran the job - Enable Entity Item from Active Vendor Item

Expected the item to remain INACTIVE

Defect : The entity item in use flag is set back to Active/ 1  

Note : The VendorItem record did not have a Discontinue Date initially, but just to be sure, I set it to 4/10/2020 as well.
