As a store manager I want to be notified when a forecast import request is made that will overwrite the forecast that I have previously edited so that I can review the new forecast
Acceptance Criteria:
- Confirm when a forecast that was previously edited, is overwritten with a new forecast import, an auto notification is triggered including the details of restaurant and date that was updated.

- Subject: Forecast updated for
{StoreName} on {ForecastDate}
#* Message: The forecast that was previously edited for {StoreName}with a date of
{ForecastDate}has been updated to improve forecast accuracy.
