As we roll out the EOM page, we would like to be able to gather some metrics around the load created by the EOM page.
Test with approx 150 stores (Will to provide list of stores)
Use Feb 2019
The goal is to enter data into relevant fields, so that we can Mark Month End (i.e. complete all tasks)
- Unpaid Invoice/Expense - Add a record in order to send items (mark as complete)
- Wage Accrual - Enter a value and send items (mark as complete)
- Refills - Enter a value and send (mark as complete)
- Giveaways - no action (mark as complete)
- Expenses to be transferred - Add two records and send (mark as complete)
- Utility Payments - No action (mark as complete)
- Accruals And Reversals - Enter and send (mark as complete)
- EOM Reports - No Action (mark as complete)
After completing all sections - click on Mark Month End
- Clicking on Mark Month End will send the Count for the month (using a month from 2019 means that the count data should be there.
Use the CFA Testing Endpoints, these are the ones used in JAT and Testing.
Stores configured on the CFA side, to test
- stores between 01014 and 01300 for the month of Feb 2019
