      Description

      Environment: JAT
      Build: CFA - 20.4.0.3406
      Browser: Chrome
      Description: Unable to enter a Quantity Value when Creating Orders
      Store: 01919 - Denton Towne Crossing FSU

      Steps:
      1. Login as a User
      2. Click navigation menu and Create/Receive Order
      3. Click Create
      4. Click Click + Add Order
      5. Select Distributor and Enter a Delivery Date and Cover Time
      6. Click Confirm
      7. Enter a value in the quantity field for any item

      Expected Result:
      User should be able to enter quantity values when ordering

      Actual Result:
      User is unable to enter a vlue for ANY field, including subsections (ex. Correct on Hand). Intervention error received in Cosole log
      Error Message: [Intervention] Ignored attempt to cancel a touchstart event with cancelable=false, for example because scrolling is in progress and cannot be interrupted.
