2020.R3: Suggested Quantities are incorrect after updating order COH and order Ratio

After updating Correct On Hand values for Biscuit mix, the suggested Quantity in the details panel was correctly updated, but when I changed the ratios for biscuit mix to 50%-50%, the order quantity and suggested quantity in the details panel became 1. When I refresh the page, the Quantity is updated to the actual suggested values, but the values in the Suggested Details pane remains 1.

Environment: CFA Staging Mobile
Browser: Chrome
Store: 01640 - St. Johns Town Center FSU

Steps
1. Create an order for for store with vendor QCD SVCS from tomorrow to next week
2. Select the Multi Order Items Filter
3. Update the Correct On Hand value to 0 to create a suggested qty of an amount probably > 20 since that's the Safety Stock value
4. Update the ratios of the biscuit mix to 50% and 50%

Results: The suggested quantities in the Quantity field changes to 1 as well as the Suggested Quantity in the Suggested Details panel

Refresh the screen and select the multi order filter again and the values in the Quantity field are back to the suggested values, but the suggested value in the Details panel still remains 1.

Expected: When you change the ratio, the suggested values should not go to 1 on the Details panel or the Quantity field.
