Orders are created with delay when Processing times enabled

After enabling 'Use Processing Time for Suggested Orders' setting for 'THE MARTIN-BROWER COMPANY', when confirming order creation the screen freezes on confirmation screen and it never goes into order details screen.

• The new order doesn't appear to show up until another order creation is initiated.

Note: It seems that when creating an order and the vendor setting is not set, everything is good, however, once the vendor setting is switched on all bets are off.
Note 2: I can create an order in JAT, on store 01580, for PDC Distributor, that only has two items. But when trying in Testing, with a full Order Guide, it doesn't work.
Note 3: The same behavior is seen when creating an order for PDC for store 02275
