      SAML attribute mapping need to be implemented and configured for login and logout

      Confirm with SAML Configured

      1. When a user accesses InFORM via SSO they have the correct profile information and feature permissions.
      2. When the user logs out of InFORM they are returned to the CFA corporate site and continue to be logged into that site.
