2020.R4(S3): Investigate Manage Events - Not updating the Sales Item Forecast

Disclaimer: I am opening defects as a result of smoke testing JAT but do not know what sprint work might have broke this functionality.
Sales Item Forecast did not get updated after saving event for St. Johns Town Center FSU for July 29th.

Environment/Browser: JAT/Chrome
Store/Entity: 01640 - St. Johns Town Center FSU (Entity: 902 )

Steps
1. Log into Mobile and navigate to the URL
2. Created a Sales Item Event with 200 Water Small (170010) added to Wed, July 29, 2020
3. Saved the Event

Results: The Sales Item did not get updated as expected

Expected: Sales Item forecast for item to be updated to 200 across the intervals of the entire day
