CLONE 2020R3 - Processing Time settings are not applied to newly created stores

Processing Time settings are not applied to newly created stores.
CFA Testing, created 04323 - West Evansville FSU (entityid = 6626), items Chicken, Nuggets (item code 70, itemid = 18) and Macaroni & Cheese (item code 13701, itemid 3569) processing times haven't been applied to entity items:

ProcessingTime is NULL for both items.
