Location Import - still concatenating

Scenario - Loaded the attached Location file in staging

1 Store - 02693

2 distributors where one distributor already existed - in this case 02369 already had MARTIN BROWER

Defect  1 - Initially the Zone did not display. Then some 20 minutes later it did and it appears to have added it incorrectly. I do not expect to see the Location - DistributorCenter Zone as  MCLANE COMPANY INC -  McLane-Houston TX but simply  McLane-Houston TX. 

Defect # 2 - The other distributor was completely removed in the UI although it IS there in the DB  AND displayed in UI under Zone Manager 10 minutes earlier.
