As an admin, I would like to an SSO bypass link in the mobile site. This will allow me to login more easily.

Current MMS restricted mode bypass link: https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/?bypass_RestrictedMode=true
- This URL allows the user to bypass the system maintenance screen: https://inform.cfahome.com/MMS_restricted.aspx
- Restricted Mode is enabled when a deploy is in progress or some other system maintenance requires site down-time. The user is presented with a "System Maintenance" message when they attempt to login.
