US Team - SO- Import UPT values

As CFA expand the Suggested Ordering initiative, they would like to further enhance the functionality that has been previously delivered to maintain entity item data. With this enhancement we will deliver the ability to import UPT values.

In the past we have updated the Entity Item Import to support:

• Yield Correction Factor (INF-6822)
• Safety Stock (INF-3983)

Areas Impacted (Stories)

1. Update Entity Item Import to process UPT
2. Configure the web service, I think that the SS & YCF Web Services both just process the Entity Item Import, but CFA provide different parts of the import from different endpoints
3. Determine way to mark stores as using InFORM UPT vs Imported UPT
4. Update the UPT on Count Applied to not update stores that are using Imported UPT (INF-7547)
5. Update the Service Method, Send Update UPTQty Message Partial List, to not update stores that are using Imported UPT
6. Update the Service Method, Send Update UPTQty Message Full List, to not update stores that are using Imported UPT
7. Ensure that the Daily (system generated) UPT Counts are still generated for ALL restaurants
