JAT - Not able to place an order :(

      Description

      When trying to create an order in JAT, the following error is thrown.

      I don't see anything in elmah

      I have stripped my user back to only System Admin and Technical Admin, both of which have this permission assigned:
      Inventory - Ordering - Can Create

      Based on the Prod issue that has come in, I tried creating an order from MMS, and that did work
