Vendor entity items are causing UOM issues

We’re still seeing an issue where Fry Cartons for 03559 are showing an ‘Each’ inner unit and ‘Each’ base unit with an incorrect case size.
03121 uses the same DC as 03559 and this is they receive per the ASN :

Carton Waffle Fry M CFA- 1350 ct case / 15/90 Ct Sleeve Case
Carton, Waffle Fry L CFA- 1140 ct case / 15/76 Ct Sleeve Case

Looking into the database I see there was another vendor item showing up for QCD for this store. They both have "each" setup as the inner and because they are the largest UOM. So we can change it to match the other store but because of the below items exist in the system it just puts it back to their values when the I4 runs. I am not sure how many stores have this issue nor am I sure of how many items have the problem. We will reach out to development to try and figure out how to clean up the older records.
