Change Default Start Date for Inventory Activity Report Selector

As a user who runs the Inventory Activity Report, I would like the start date for the report to
default to the current date minus 90 days

Notes

• HotSchedules will modify logic for the existing Inventory Activity Report so the start date range field defaults to the current date minus 90 days. This changes the existing logic which currently populates the start date and end date fields with the current date.

Current state:

• Select Reports → Inventory Activity Report
• Currently, the start and end date range will be defaulted to today (6/28/2018)
• The Operator will select a different start date and the start and end count dropdowns will be populated with appropriate counts.

Future State:

• Select Reports → Inventory Activity Report
  • The Start Date will be 3/30/2018
  • The End Date will be 6/28/2018
  • The Start and End Count Dropdowns will be populated with all the counts between these dates. The most recent count will be at the top of both dropdowns.
• The Operator should be able either select a different count or click generate and the
  report will generate with valid data.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that when the Inventory Activity Report parameter screen loads, the end date is the current date and the start date is pre-populated with the current date - 90 days.
2. Confirm that the start and end count drop downs are populated with all the counts (all types) between the start and end date.
3. Confirm that the start and end count dropdowns have the most recent. count selected and
   the list is ordered by the most recent count desc.
