Item Maintenance - Download CSV doesn't work on an iPad

      Description

      When clicking on the Download CSV button in MxC, when using an iPad, nothing happens.
      The button clicks, but the csv doesn't want to download.

      Note: This is a constraint of the iOS operating system, on an iPad the Download CSV button will be hidden.
