      Description

When deleting a rule, we inform the user that data will be deleted, not that the rule will be deleted.

      1. Apply Rules button
        • After some discussion, Soma Dixon and I think that we should move the Apply Rules option under an Actions button, rather than leaving it where it is. You are drawn to click on it after clicking on the confirmation toast.
        • This is against our usual rule of only using Actions when there is more than one option
          • We are trying to come up with another option to go there (stretch item!)
      2. Toast message
        • Should be: The rule has been deleted.
      3. Confirmation popup
        • Should be: This rule will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue?
      4. After discussing with Will on Friday afternoon, we decided to keep the "Add New Record" and "Apply Rules" as two separate buttons, but not show the success toast message when editing or deleting a rule in the grid. It will work more like Count, where your actions in the grid are immediately saved to the database, but you don't see a toast message for each value you enter.
