2021.R1(Partitioning): UPT Values in tbEntityItem are not as expected

      Description

      Description: Used the UPT Validation Script to verify that the UPT values are calculated correctly and update tbEntityitem Correctly after running the Send Update UPTQty Full List.

      The values in tbEntityItem are not getting the correct UPTQty.

      I want confirmation that these differences (or lack of update in this case) is not a result of partitioning.

      Please see the attached script for the expected value.
