Sluggishness when doing Correct on Hand action within Order

when doing a Correct On Hand action that the page becomes slow and unresponsive momentarily when entering values. CFA is wondering if this is related to the feature in R3 where we now "save/apply" the correct on hand action right away (vs. when the order is placed like previously done). Is there anything we can do to investigate the performance of the queries/actions happening when an Correct On Hand is saved?

In the video the slowness is occurring when they press 2 and it appearing on the screen.  I was unable to replicate this in Jat
