As an admin I want to be able to filter the results that are returned so that I can easily view specific data sets
Notes
- Add support for the following filter options:
- Items Requiring Action
- Unapplied Rules
- Those items that have a rule in a draft state
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the filters are available
- Confirm that the default filter is Items Requiring Action
- An Item Requiring Action is one that is both Active and Unassigned
- Confirm that selecting the Unapplied Rules filters display those items that have a rule that is in Draft mode
- Confirm that pagination is implemented when there are more than 20 items displayed
- Confirm that when searching, the search goes across all items (in the filtered results), not just those on the first page
